Jonathan Phillipe
Jonathan Phillipe, a second generation stylist, hails from New York City starting his training in theatrical hair and makeup. He graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Columbia, where he discovered his love for Hair Coloring and Session Styling. He specializes in blonding, and corrective color, and natural transitioning to gray hair.
Jonathan has worked doing many runway shows, including shows at New York Fashion Week, Project Runway Designer Showcase with Face Magazine, Miami Swim Week, Charlotte Fashion Week, and more. His work has also been on the cover and pages of Charleston Magazine, Imirage Magazine, and Charlotte Living Magazine. His editorial work also includes many other photoshoots throughout the United States, and Europe.
In March 2018 Jonathan founded J. Phillipe Hair & Makeup Design, his very own traveling design team focused on Runway and Editorial Styling. In August 2019 Jonathan opened J. Phillipe Salon in Columbia, South Carolina, catering to Blonding, Color Correction, high end styling.
